1. Account Security & Registration

By creating an account on DataHub, you agree to provide an accurate and valid phone number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account access.

• You are fully responsible for all transactions originating from your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.

2. Wallet Funding & Payments

All wallet funding transactions processed via Paystack are final. Once funds are deposited into your DataHub wallet, they are strictly non-refundable and must be utilized for services available on the platform.

• Double charges or failed funding transactions will be verified before manual adjustments are made.
• DataHub reserves the right to hold or reverse wallet balances gained through system manipulation or fraud.

3. Service Delivery & Network Providers

DataHub provides automated airtime, mobile data bundles, and utility services across various telecom networks (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo, Glo).

• Service processing times depend on telecom network stability. Delayed orders caused by network downtime will resolve automatically once network connectivity restores.
• Ensure phone numbers entered for data or airtime purchases are correct. Purchases made to incorrect numbers provided by the user cannot be refunded.

4. Loyalty Rewards & Promotions

Participation in the Network Loyalty Program is subject to verification. Activation fees for tokens submitted under the loyalty program are non-refundable once activated.

5. Prohibited Activities & Account Lock

DataHub maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent activity, illegal transactions, or unauthorized system access. Accounts involved in suspicious activities will be permanently suspended without prior notice.

6. System Modifications & Rights

DataHub reserves the right to adjust service rates, lock/freeze specific services for routine maintenance, or update these terms at any time to ensure platform safety and operational compliance.
